Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable

- Terms of Employment: 249 Days: Salary and calendar to be established by the Board of Education.
- Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board of Education policies.
- Compensation: According to the salary schedule set by the Board of Education. Commensurate with experience.

Duties:
Accounts Payable
- Invoice and purchase order matching, verification and entry into the school accounting system.
Food Service LEA for the district
- DESE entry for reimbursement
- Completion of all needed paperwork
